  • Does Stalwart Innovative Print offer cash on delivery (COD)?
    While we do not offer cash on delivery, we do offer multiple payment methods for your convenience: Credit Card Debit Card Bank Transfer UPI Buy now, pay later.
  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    You may change your shipping address if your order has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, it is not possible to change your shipping address.
  • When will I receive my product?
    The status of your order is reflected on the order page.
  • The order status says delivered, but I have not received my outfit. What should I do?
    We typically dispatch all products in 7-30 business days. In case of delays, contact us at support@stalwartinnovativeprint.com and we will take care of it for you.
  • Can I return the product in case I receive a different/defective product?
    While products with minor issues cannot be returned. You have to raise return request within 48 hours and all the customers are requested to record a unboxing video for a smooth return.
